“Anbuchangamam Old Age Home” - It’s the important element of the Kaikoduppom Charitable Trust. We also serve the elders who’re self-reliable, bed ridden and on deathbed on monthly fee basis, and we charge this fee for the maintenance of our home, and we serve at free of cost for those who’re abandoned by their family and are aloof.
We’re maintaining our home in a calm and healthy environment with sufficient ventilation and sanitation. We’re also providing all basic facilities to the elders as well.
All our volunteers and workers are provided with appropriate training to take care of the elders by understanding their feelings with love and affection.
The elders are provided with vegetables, fruits, greens and pulses which are rich in proteins, vitamins and nutrients, and they’re high in quality as well.
Weekly twice we will arrange for doctor visit to our home and we will make the elders go through regular medical check-ups and if necessary, give appropriate treatments to the needful ones. Immediate first aid facility and doctor visits will be arranged in case of any emergencies. Medical emergencies are being attended immediately without any delay in our home.
The elders are given Meditation and Yoga practices, and special poojas are performed to make them healthy mentally and physically and should they not feel the absence of their relatives near them. Our volunteers also take care of them with love and affection by having conversation with them and make them happy and satisfied to get rid of the fear of death and anxiety that’s usual problem that elders face in their age.
You’re well aware that our home has several credentials for the service that is being rendered for the elders and the suffering people. So, we swear on God and being obliged to our consciousness and humanitarian that we will serve the elders that you bring into our home in a better and prominent way.
